Custom Sublimated Gear
For custom sublimated gear, please note that production times are typically 4-6 weeks from the date of order placement. This includes the time required for design, production, and delivery. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange the final payment and confirm the delivery details.

Custom hats, gloves, and bats have shorter production times, usually ranging from 2-3 weeks from the date of order placement. This includes the time required for design, production, and delivery. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange the final payment and confirm the delivery details.
Color Matching
Harmony Sports Color Matching Policy
At Harmony Sports, we understand the importance of color consistency and strive to provide the best color matching services possible. However, it is important to note that color matching, especially in the realm of customization, can present challenges. Please review our Color Matching Policy for a clear understanding of our commitment and limitations in this regard.
Color Matching Limitations
While we aim to provide excellent color matching services, we cannot guarantee exact color matches in all cases. Several factors may affect the outcome, including variations in fabric dyes, material composition, and differences in monitor or print settings. Items sourced from various vendors and even products from the same vendor in different fabrics may exhibit color variations. These discrepancies are more likely to occur when ordering uniforms alongside accessories like bags, caps, visors, socks, etc.
On-the-Field Test
At Harmony Sports, we follow an on-the-field test approach. This means that if the color variance is not perceptible when your players are on the field or court, we consider it acceptable, and the order proceeds. Our primary concern is to ensure that any color variations are not visually significant during gameplay.
Payment Policy
Half Payment to Start Production
For all team orders, including custom sublimated gear, custom hats, gloves, and bats, we require a payment of half the total order amount to initiate production. This payment is due at the time of order placement and is non-refundable. Production will start as soon as payment has been made. The remaining balance of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, must be paid in full upon delivery of the products. We will provide you with an invoice for the outstanding balance, and you can make the final payment through the payment method used for the initial deposit.
Return Policy
Returns
Because all Harmony items are fully custom we do not except returns and all sales are final. However if you receive an incorrect item or it is defective we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Due to the custom nature of all our products all sales are final, however if you receive an incorrect item, or an item with a mistake made by Harmony Sports please contact us through our website Harmonybats.com or email us at info@harmonybats.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible, which may include providing a replacement or adjusting the final payment at our discretion.
Add-Ons New Players
We understand that add-ons and new players happen, so we will try to accommodate this as quickly as possible. Be aware that production times are the same for add on players as the original order that was placed which typically is 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed. There are however production costs to reordering in small batches, therefore a $10 production set up charge will be added to any orders under 10. This fee is applied to the whole order and not the individual items, so grouping added players together is the most cost effective.
